To ensure your satisfaction on any CD from Pure White Noise®, we gladly offer a 30-day 100% refund of the full price (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee) of any unopened CDs with the original plastic wrap uncut and intact. As with any retail store that offers digital products like CDs and MP3s, opened CDs and downloaded MP3s are not returnable for the protection of our intellectual property and copyrights. Mp3s cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We have provided sound samples taken directly from the corresponding albums for you to preview before you purchase. Once you place your order by credit card, your card is charged immediately, and your order cannot be cancelled as our automated order fullment process is set into action to ship your product to you as quickly as possible.
Returns sent with opened CDs will not be accepted and will be returned with postage due. If you would like to return unopened CDs, please contact us at returns@purewhitenoise.com so we may issue you the required Return Authorization Number (RAN), which will also include return and shipping instructions. You must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us before we can accept return packages. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will be autiomatically refused and will be returned to the sender. Packages recieved with the required Return Authorization Number will be processed and a fast friendly refund will be issued in 48 hours.
In the rare instance you receive a defective CD, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the defective CD(s) at returns@purewhitenoise.com so we may issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which will also include shipping instructions. You must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us before a replacement CD can be issued. We will gladly replace your defective CD with a new CD of the same title.
Replacement CD’s apply to defects in manufacturing only. CDs are not sold warped or with scratches and we do not warrant damage or loss by the customer. If upon return a CD is found to be not defective or damaged by the customer, no refund will be given and the CD will not be shipped back to the customer until all shipping and handling fees are paid up front to ship the CD back to the customer.
