For approved credit card transactions, we will normally ship your order out to you two (2) business days (48 hours) after the receipt of your order unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order. Orders made by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Important Mailing Instructions
To ensure prompt delivery of your PureWhiteNoise® CDs and cassettes, the US Postal Service requires the recipient's full name and complete address, including suite or apartment number where applicable. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot be responsible for verifying shipping addresses. So please be sure to verify the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address; otherwise, any shipments returned to us by the US Postal Service for an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-sent to the correct address at your expense.
For your convience, we offer a number of shipping options:
First Class Mail
Your Pure White Noise® CDs and cassettes will be sent to you via US Mail. Shipping and handling to addresses within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) costs $3.50 for a single CD, single cassette or single multi-pack; additional single CDs, single cassettes or single multi-packs per order will cost $1.00 more each.
Priority Mail
For 2-3 day delivery after order is shipped, Priority Mail delivery within the US and Puerto Rico is available for $8.90 for a single CD, single cassette or single multi-pack; additional single CDs, single cassettes or single multi-packs per order will cost $1.00 more each. (Note: Priority Mail is not available for orders to Canada.)
International Mail
Yes, we ship virtually anywhere in the world! International shipping, including Canada, will cost $9.90 for a single CD, single cassette or single multi-pack; additional single CDs, single cassettes or single multi-packs per order will cost $1.00 more each.
USPS Express Mail
For fastest service within the US and Puerto Rico (1-2 days after your order is shipped), USPS Express Mail is available for $19.50 for a single CD, single cassette or single multi-pack. Each additional item per order will cost $1.00 more each. Your items will be shipped the day after we receive your order. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
If you do not select the appropriate shipping option for your address and country, we will automatically upgrade your order’s shipping selection to the appropriate shipping option for your address and add the difference to your order. All addresses outside of the United States must be sent by International Mail.
Sales taxes will be charged where applicable.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after ship date (we ship 2 business days [48 hours] after receiving your order) for
receipt of your shipment before inquiring about your order status; 3 business days for Express Mail shipments. If, after that time, you don't receive your shipment, please contact us by e-mail with your name, order date and order number.

Credit Cards
We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard and American Express.
Checks and Money Orders
Checks and money orders are also welcomed. However, please note that these orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Simply order the CDs you would like, fill out the form with your name, address etc., and when asked, select "Pay by check/money order." You will then be asked to print the form you just filled out and send it in the mail
to us along with your check or money order. We will have your order packed and ready to go when your printed form and payment gets here and rush your order out to you. It is very quick and easy.

For your security and privacy, all credit card numbers and other ordering information are encrypted when the order is placed. You can rest assured that we will keep your credit card information secure.

| Guarantee and Return Policy |
|
|
We gladly
offer a 30-day 100% refund of the full price (less
shipping and a 20% restocking fee) of any unopened CDs with the original plastic
wrap uncut and intact. Opened CDs are not returnable
for the protection of our intellectual property and
copyrights. Once you place your order by credit card,
your card is charged immediately, and your order cannot
be cancelled.
In the rare instance you receive a defective CD, please
notify us within 7 days of receipt of the defective
CD(s) at returns@purewhitenoise.com
so we may issue you a Return Authorization Number
(RAN), which will also include shipping instructions.
You must have a valid Return Authorization Number
(RAN) from us before a replacement CD can be issued.
We will gladly replace your defective CD with a new
CD of the same title.
Replacement CD’s apply to defects in manufacturing
only. CDs are not sold warped or with scratches and
we do not warrant damage or loss by the customer.
If upon return a CD is found to be not defective or
damaged by the customer, no refund will be given and
the CD will not be shipped back to the customer until
all shipping and handling fees are paid up front to
ship the CD back to the customer.

Cookies are used only to record session information, such as items you add to the shopping cart. We do not work with any ad servers.
